HAPPYPHOTOPEOPLE is a photography company started up by my ex school mate, Kuan Yee. It's a one-woman run company and she does freelance photography for most occasions! Armed with a DSLR, she started taking photos as part of a CCA requirement back in Junior College. I remember the photography club covering many of  the sports matches but the most exciting one was the soccer matches!! They'd get really sunburnt just for the best shots.

Making it through all that hard work, Kuan Yee didn't just stop when we graduated from JC.. Her passion in photography has led her to continue taking pictures during her University days.

She has truly honed her photography skills sufficiently and now does it professionally. She provides photography services for various types of occasions including portraits, couple shots, ROM, graduation, family or any other happy occasions.

HAPPYPHOTOPEOPLE lives up to it's name and you can see happiness transcended through all her work. She also is a firm believer that photos should be genuine and show a connection between those in front of the lens. And, this has been true to her work. Even the portraits are very telling of true happiness.

I had so much fun on my shoot with Kuan and we laughed so much during the entire 3 hour shoot! You'll see lot of laughing photos later on.. Back in JC I was only acquainted with her, sharing mutual friends. But Kuan's personality and professionalism made it really easy to get comfortable in front of the lens and take photos! Throughout the shoot she also made sure I was comfortable. She really made me laugh a lot!!

Lastly, I really love how the pictures have turned out. I could never imagine this result. The photos don't even look like Singapore!!





















Thank you Kuan for the amazing and fun filled shoot! I'll definitely be framing some of these pics up for my bedroom.

HAPPYPHOTOPEOPLE's rates are based on whether indoors or outdoors shoot and the type of occasion. (Different occasions may require different equipment.)

Generally, for a 2 hour outdoor shoot it will be $150 and up. If you book from now till 10th JULY 2014  and quote "Tania", there will be a 10% off.
