I haven't blogged in ages. But after reading xiaxue's post about The Secret, it has made me realize that a lot of us, myself included, are just very selfish. And it is no wonder why we would always have things to complain about. We find it so hard to be appreciative of what we have. This revelation has inspired this blog post.

Perhaps it is upbringing, or just the nature of how our education system works. We always strive to be the best. We are competitive and some times even resort to unscrupulous means to attain a good grade. We all definitely want a better future, but we always do it with a lot of drag. What I mean is, studying for exams is obviously a tedious process, some of us may take longer than others so why don't you start studying earlier instead of complaining that there isn't enough time? We should be appreciative of the things we have like air conditioned lecture theaters, proper seats and tables within them, projectors and visualisers. But I guess all these seem unnoticed and taken for granted. For example when I first entered my current school I was shocked that they weren't using tablet pcs to teach but i guess visualisers alone would suffice.

I am definitely going to read the secret. It will teach you how to empower your own life and make it a better one.
