School Update: Children's Book Author (To Be)
It's been a week back at school and I've finally found the time to update this blog!
I'm supposed to be gymming right now. Tee hee.
Anyway, my new modules are all biology so they kinda overlap a little which is good.
Much to my surprise I am actually enjoying my writing class. I've got to complete this journal thing with 10 entries. Hopefully my blogging skills come into play. When the journal's been submitted I'll prolly post some of them here!
We have this final project thing. There are two options and I think I'm gna write a children's book!! And I'll use my photoshop skills to illustrate the book. If it works out I could sell the book and get some cash!! (Will blog more on this in time to come)
In fact I am enjoying writing more than Japanese partly because I'm in a different tutorial class from my classmates. Also, my sensei is really strange. When she speaks English she's totally 40 years old-ish but when she starts talking in Jap she morphs into some 13 year old kid trapped in a 40 year old's body which is kinda disturbing!! My jap classmates are extremely shy and quiet too. I do hope after some time we'll warm up a little more and break the ice because my creative writing class is really a lot of fun! My teacher is super open and there's this dude who still reads the male equivalent of Nancy Drew. LOL.
I also got laughed cos I was reading this romantic mystery novel and I left my book on the table in class. My awesome comm skills teacher decided to pick it up and he opened the page where some erotica was going on...
THE WORSE PART IS THAT HE READ THE DIALOGUE TO THE CLASS CENSORING THE MATURE THEMED WORDS WITH HIS OWN VOICE BY GOING 'TOOT' WTH!!
SOOOOOO EMBARRASSING.
So I'm on a quest to search for a new book to read. I should really get started on Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I was so confused when I watched the movie!
